Shepherd is a new media artist currently located in Seattle, WA. They completed their MFA at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and their BFA in Integrated Studio Arts at Iowa State University.
Shepherd’s work is primarily concerned with mediated distance, exploring how we interact with and define public and private spaces, the breakdown of symbolism, and how context shapes our experience.
